While we need to see the details, we are very encouraged by Gov Newsom’s announcement of a $1.5 billion investment in clean transportation. Incentives for clean vehicles and infrastructure will give clean mobility to low-income Californians and reduce the toxic diesel exhaust that is choking our communities, especially low-income communities of color.
